Basic Sleep Package $250*

Premium Sleep Package $350*

Includes:

• 1 to 1.5 Hour phone consultation
• Evaluation of your child’s sleep
• 8 follow ups**
• 2 weeks of e-mail support
• 24 hour phone/text/email support is available

In home consultations Add $100*

Available in Toronto, Mississauga, Oakville, Brampton, Caledon, Milton, Georgetown, Erin, Orangeville,  Fergus, Kitchener, Waterloo and Guelph areas.

Travel premiums may apply for other areas in Southern Ontario

More that one child Add $50

$30 each for  15 minute phone call

4 Follow ups** for $100. Can be used for 24 hours support, phone call or email.

In-Home Sleep Coaching/Training $40/hour

If you feel you need some hands-on help a sleep coach can come to your home to do sleep training with you or for you for 1 to 7 nights. Travel premiums may apply.

Distance Sleep Coaching/Training $80/hour + travel

If you are not in our normal catchment area, our coaches will travel. Whether you are looking for some hands-on help sleep training your child or you are in need of a sleep intervention, a qualified sleep coach can come to your home after your consultation to help you implement your plan.

10 hour minimum/day + travel, food and lodging.

**Follow ups

Can be used for any combination or the following and must be used within 6 weeks of consult:

• 15 minute phone call. To be scheduled in advance by email. To make the most of this time, please email update or concerns prior to phone call.

• E-mail exchange (max. 2 email responses)

• 24 hours of text support. Sleep coaching available for you through the night.

Other Services

Baby care/Support $25-$35/hour

An infant care specialist can be a valuable member of your support team. She is available to come to your home or hospital room for day or night support.

Postpartum Doula Services $25-$35/hour

Our Postpartum Doulas provide hands-on help, relavant and up to date information and emotional support to new parents. Day and Night support available. Experienced with multiples, colic and reflux.
