Our team of professional and trained Sleep Consultants, Sleep Coaches and Doulas work with parents to gently resolve child and infant sleep issues.
Basic Sleep Package $250*
Includes:
- 1 Hour phone consultation
- Evaluation of your child’s sleep
- 1 Month membership to parenting site
- 2 follow up calls
Premium Sleep Package $395*
Includes:
- 1 to 1.5 Hour phone consultation
- Evaluation of your child’s sleep
- 8 follow up calls (total 2 hours)
- 2 weeks of e-mail support
- 2 Month membership to parenting site
- Overnight phone/text/email support is available
In home consultations Add $195
Available in Toronto, Mississauga, Oakville, Brampton, Caledon, Milton, Georgetown, Erin, Orangeville, Ottawa, Fergus, Kitchener, Waterloo and Guelph areas.
Travel premiums may apply for other areas in Southern Ontario
More that one child Add $150 or $50 for twins
Other Services
Individual phone calls/Follow up calls $40 each for 15 minute phone call ($30 for past clients)
4 Follow ups** for $140. Can be used for phone call or email exchange.
In-Home Sleep Coaching $40/hour ($50/hour for Andrea)
If you feel you need some hands-on help a sleep coach can come to your home to do sleep training with you or for you for 1 to 7 nights. Travel premiums may apply. Inquire about availability in your area.
Sleep Webinar Series $97
This 2 part webinar provides you will basic sleep information and gentle sleep coaching tools and highlights 2 sleep coaching methods. For families interested in a lower cost version of a consult.

In Home Support Services
Available in Southern, Western and Eastern Ontario including; Ottawa, Toronto, GTA, Niagara region, Kitchener-Waterloo. All other areas please inquire. Travel fees may apply.
Baby care/Support and Babysitting $30-$35/hour
An infant care specialist can be a valuable member of your support team. She is available to come to your home or hospital room for day or night support. Babysitters are also available for occasional support and special functions.
Postpartum Doula Services $30-$40/hour
Our Postpartum Doulas provide hands-on help, relavant and up to date information and emotional support to new parents. Day and Night support available. Experienced with multiples, colic and reflux.
